Each player may hold exactly one active 777abe account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances derived from bonus activity.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 777abe ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://777abe.net and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, "the Platform").
By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet or wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the 777abe Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2.1 Minimum Age. The 777abe Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older ("adults"). By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. 2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register and maintain only one account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by shared identity documents, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — will be consolidated or closed. Any balances attributed to bonus activity across duplicate accounts may be forfeited without prior notice.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
2.5 Account Password. You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password and keeping it confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 777abe will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
3.1 Know Your Customer Obligations. To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and to protect all players on the Platform, 777abe operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal request is processed.

3.4 Right to Refuse or Delay. 777abe reserves the right to delay, freeze, or decline a withdrawal if KYC documentation is incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent with the information provided at registration. In cases where fraudulent documentation is submitted, the account will be permanently closed and any balance may be withheld pending investigation.
4.1 Supported Currencies and Methods. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on 777abe are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform currently supports the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported methods and their respective minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed on the Cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated in an active promotion. The Company reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds and will publish any such changes on the Platform prior to implementation.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 777abe wallet balance within minutes of a confirmed transaction. Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to process depending on your card issuer. 777abe is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. If the original method is unavailable, the Company may request alternative payment details. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
4.5 Withdrawal Verification. All withdrawals are subject to security review. The Company may request additional identity or payment verification before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.
4.6 Dormant Account Fees. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. A monthly administration fee of ৳100 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) may be deducted from a dormant account until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional awards made available on the 777abe Platform are subject to specific terms attached to each individual offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible games or markets. These specific terms are published alongside the promotion and take precedence over this general section where they conflict.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in an offer's specific terms, bonus funds must be wagered at least thirty (30) times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made. Wagers placed on certain game categories (for example, table games, live casino, or specific slot titles) may contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements — the applicable contribution rates will be stated in the offer terms.
5.3 One Bonus at a Time. Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the specific terms of a promotion. If a player deposits while a bonus is active, the new deposit may be added to their real-money balance only and will not qualify for a second bonus until the existing bonus has been either completed or forfeited.
5.4 Abuse and Fraud. 777abe takes bonus integrity seriously. The Company reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any winnings derived from it if, in its reasonable judgement, a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, coordination with other players to cycle bonus funds, registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
5.5 Promotional Changes. 777abe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion before it is withdrawn will not be affected for the duration of that promotion's active period.
6.1 Game Rules. Each casino game and sports betting market on the 777abe Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting market respectively. In the event of any conflict between game-level rules and these Terms, the game-level rules shall apply to the specific game or market in question.
6.2 Bet Settlement. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Live in-play bets accepted after the relevant event has concluded, or after the market's official settlement time, will be voided. The Company's decision on the settlement of any disputed bet is final.
6.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or human error that results in an incorrect price, payout, or game outcome being displayed, 777abe reserves the right to void any affected bets or transactions. The Company will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all game types on the Platform.
6.4 Maximum Payout. A maximum single payout of ৳2,000,000 (two million Bangladeshi Taka) applies per player per calendar day across all games and betting markets combined, unless the Company has agreed otherwise in writing with the player in advance. Amounts exceeding this limit may be paid in instalments at the Company's discretion.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. 777abe does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain liabilities, those exclusions and limitations shall apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law.
777abe collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Company implements technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure server infrastructure, and access controls — to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you acknowledge this inherent risk.
777abe reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your account. Closing your account after a Terms update does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before the update took effect.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact 777abe customer support and allow at least fourteen (14) calendar days for the Company to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue. The Company will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within fourteen days of receipt.
Nothing in this section limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory provisions of applicable local law that cannot be excluded or modified by contract.
